East & Layne Home Design grew out of something we've been doing together since the beginning of our marriage—creating homes.  

We believe a great home plan should come from more than a drawing; it should come from experience. We started this business after building homes of our own and learning firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what we would do differently the next time around. 

With over a decade of experience in construction and custom home building, we have a practical understanding of how a home comes together from the very beginning. This experience shapes the way we approach designing and building homes for our clients. We take the time to understand how you live, what matters most to you, and what you envision your space to feel like. The result is a set of personalized home plans that are not only beautiful but also thoughtfully designed around your lifestyle.
